In her therapeutic practice, Lauren helps children and teens work through challenges from life changes, to neurodivergence, to abuse, grief and trauma. Lauren respects the uniqueness of each client, tailoring treatment to their individual needs while creating a safe place to explore their feelings and practice emotional acceptance and regulation. She also recognizes the importance of family dynamics, and works with parents and caregivers to foster healthy communication and supportive environments.

A course of Direct Neurofeedback typically involves one to two sessions per week for a total of 12 to 24 sessions. This FDA Class Two safety-rated system is suitable for clients of all ages. No side effects that could be classified as “significant” have been found.
